Key Responsibilities
- Develop imaginative strategies, concepts, and presentations that align with client marketing objectives across diverse platforms.
- Engage actively in media and marketing discussions with brand advertisers and agencies to pinpoint client goals and performance indicators, shaping resonant creative ideas.
- Spearhead the creative process from initial concept to pitch, ensuring that the solutions are purposeful, on-brand, and strategically sound.
- Take ownership of the creative and strategic development of sales proposals, including crafting innovative concepts, writing persuasive copy, and designing impactful visuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Editorial, Social Media, Events, etc.) to create scalable solutions for our brand partners.
- Inspire and influence clients and agencies, presenting innovative pitches and strategies that distinguish our organization in the marketplace.
Required Skills
- 3-4+ years of experience in a creative, strategic, or partnerships-focused capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing proposals and marketing materials for brands.
- A fervent interest in the intersection of sports, business, and culture, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- A versatile creative adept in ideation across various channels, including social media, digital content, and experiential marketing.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, managing multiple projects and clients while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
- Superior creative writing and storytelling skills, coupled with a professional and confident presence.
- Proficient in visual storytelling, particularly with tools such as Keynote or PowerPoint, to create engaging presentations.
- A keen interest in social trends, with a comprehensive understanding of the sports and media landscape.
- A proactive self-starter capable of executing tasks independently while fostering strong relationships with internal teams, brands, agencies, and partners.
