We are excited to announce an immediate opening for a Creative Strategy Manager at a growing E-commerce company in South Florida. This is a full-time, remote position that offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to lead an enthusiastic creative team!
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader who has a flair for storytelling and a strong design aesthetic. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of customer psychology and the ability to create compelling product content. You will utilize both data insights and creative expertise to drive engagement and enhance brand impact across various E-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement content strategies that align with brand and category goals, focusing on visually captivating product images, videos, and high-quality content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that creative outputs support brand positioning and performance targets, using insights from the E-commerce department.
Direct the production of top-notch product visuals and enhanced content, managing timelines to adhere to industry best practices.
Utilize content tools to craft engaging narratives and articulate value propositions, optimizing product descriptions and visuals for search engine performance and conversion rates.
Mentor and guide the creative team, establishing performance metrics that align with engagement and sales objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform changes, continually adjusting creative strategies based on performance data and customer feedback.
Qualifications
Significant experience in a creative or content management role, with exposure to both brand aggregator companies and traditional consumer packaged goods (CPG) sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
Proficient in creating content for Amazon, including product photography, video production, enhanced content strategies, and persuasive product descriptions.
Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in creative software (such as Adobe Creative Suite) and knowledgeable about data analytics tools to assess content effectiveness.
Proven track record of driving sales growth through content in both Amazon and traditional retail environments.
Familiarity with eCommerce SEO, strategies for optimizing conversion rates, and best practices for enhancing user experience.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets for creative production projects.
Excellent storytelling skills, keen attention to detail, and a solid understanding of customer behavior and digital content strategies.
Compensation & Additional Details
This full-time, remote opportunity offers a starting salary range of $80,000 – $100,000, along with a dynamic work environment and excellent career growth potential!
