Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Lead with a proven track record in mall activations, brand activations, and community events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading the creative direction of projects, leading a team of designers, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative and engaging activations that resonate with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction:
- Develop and drive the creative vision for mall activations, brand activations, and community events, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry trends.
- Conceptualize unique, interactive, and visually impactful ideas that captivate audiences and encourage engagement.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of creative designers and strategists to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to consistently push creative boundaries.
- Client Collaboration:
- Act as the primary creative contact for clients, presenting ideas and ensuring their vision is brought to life.
- Translate client briefs into actionable creative strategies and concepts.
- Project Oversight:
- Review and approve all creative proposals and designs, ensuring feasibility and alignment with project budgets and timelines.
- Ensure the highest standards of design and execution across all activations.
- Expertise in Activations:
- Bring deep knowledge and hands-on experience in designing and executing:
- Mall activations that attract footfall and enhance customer engagement.
- Brand activations that drive product awareness and showcase brand identity.
- Community events that foster connections and deliver meaningful experiences.
- Trend Research and Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in activations, design, technology, and materials to introduce fresh ideas.
- Leverage technology such as AR/VR and gamification to enhance event engagement.
- Collaboration with Production:
- Partner with production and operations teams to ensure creative designs are practical and executable.
- Participate in on-site installations to oversee the implementation of creative concepts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Creative Arts, Event Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing mall activations, brand activations, and community events.
- Experience leading creative teams and managing high-profile projects from ideation to execution.
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of audience engagement and experiential design principles.
