What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support the credentialing and recredentialing processes for medical staff and allied health professionals
• Process initial and reappointment applications in compliance with established policies and regulations
• Collaborate with Medical Staff Offices to verify credentials and obtain necessary privileges for healthcare providers
• Participate in projects aimed at improving the credentialing and verification process
• Function under close supervision of department leadership while providing assistance to others in the department

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in credentialing
• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment operations
• Proficient in database management and computer literacy
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong customer service and organizational abilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in healthcare-related credentialing processes
• Additional certifications related to credentialing or healthcare administration
