Job Description

FullFunnel is seeking a CRM Analyst to join our team and take charge of managing CRM platforms such as HubSpot. As the CRM analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of CRM systems. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing CRM processes and ensuring seamless integration with other systems and tools.

Responsibilities include:

• Customize and configure CRM system settings to align with business requirements, including custom fields, layouts, and views.
• Design, build, and optimize automated workflows and processes within the CRM platform to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into key performance metrics.
• Oversee data integrity by conducting regular data audits, cleaning, and deduplication efforts.
• Manage data imports and exports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Integrate CRMs with other business systems and tools.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM configurations, processes, and workflows.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CRM System Administrator, preferably with HubSpot.
• Experience with sales and marketing tools such as Outreach, SalesLoft, and Apollo.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex systems and integrations.
• Proficiency in CRM configuration, workflow automation, and report/dashboard creation.
• Experience in data management, including data cleansing and import/export.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and system integrity.
