Taronga Conservation Society Australia is looking for an experienced and motivated CRM Insights & Integration Manager to join the team! This is a full time, Monday to Friday position, based at Taronga Zoo Sydney.

You’ll be supporting the strategic objectives of increasing commercial revenue and philanthropic donations across the Taronga product ecosystem. You’ll have a focus on data reporting and analysis from the CRM system for all Taronga customer interactions, customer journeys and cross sell and upsell opportunities.

About the Role…

The role of CRM Insights and Integration Manager is responsible for performing in-depth data analysis and developing complex ad-hoc queries and conversion requirements to meet business needs. You will deploy, troubleshoot and resolve data issues, conducting data research and ensure data quality.

This position will drive the fundraising and marketing data strategies and provide database analysis, marketing and technical expertise to help deliver the organisation’s key objectives, including delivering a combined income of over $100 million per annum across Fundraising, Membership and Marketing.

Key Accountabilities…

Responsible for managing Taronga’s CRM platform, including Salesforce Service Cloud, not for profit success pack and overseeing integrations with other systems, i.e., Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Responsible for delivery of reporting and analysis, including proactive insights and strategic recommendations on data use with an understanding of business context. Assisting in the delivery of data outputs, including segmentation and list selections.
Automation of reporting and dashboards for direct marketing performance and targets, gathering reporting requirements for change requests and ad-hoc reporting as required.
Proactively identify data issues and perform detailed data verification and analysis.
Providing informed insights on program and donor behaviour to develop strategy to deliver improved results.
Implement best practice data management, including privacy considerations, adding value by improving data processes (e.g. data collection methods, import/export, integration).
Communicate with and manage internal and external stakeholders to inform database strategy and development, including providing training on specific fundraising database processes and procedures.
Maintain appropriate documentation around data management, working with supporter services to ensure all database related documentation including procedures, process maps, specifications for all customisations and interfaces are in place, accurate and kept up to date.
Suggest initiatives for further improvement to ensure industry leading standards are maintained, along with workplace sustainability practices and all work health and safety requirements of the business.

About You…

We are looking for candidates that have:

Extensive experience in management of relational databases (e.g. SQL) – preferably within a fundraising/marketing environment.
High degree of creative, analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to gather and interpret information and to develop, recommend and implement solutions.
Obtain and maintain a current paid NSW Working with Children Check at own expense.
