Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the comprehensive CRM strategy across various channels, including email, SMS, direct mail, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Enhance campaign performance through strategic segmentation, personalized content, and rigorous A/B testing.
  • Manage and optimize behavioral-based marketing automation to boost conversions and uncover retention revenue streams.
  • Analyze customer data from platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, and Shopify to identify trends and improve lifetime value.
  • Implement lead nurturing strategies to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative re-engagement strategies that drive loyalty.
  • Compile and present reports on CRM channel performance, continually seeking optimization opportunities.
  • Mentor the Email Marketing Specialist, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong background in eCommerce analytics, email and SMS marketing, and lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, with advanced skills in Excel; experience with Looker is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Attentive, and Shopify preferred, along with experience in loyalty and referral platforms.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of direct experience in managing CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience in team management.
