About The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional CRM Manager to help deliver our lifecycle marketing strategy and increase customer lifetime value.

This is a great opportunity to have an immediate impact in growing startup and deliver outstanding CRM campaigns and customer journeys to increase user engagement, retention and revenue.


What Your Role Encompasses

  • Plan, build and optimise high-performing CRM campaigns and flows across email, push and in-app message, including audience definition, campaign build, launch, analysis and ongoing improvement
  • Continually improve our users’ experience and key metrics through data-driven experimentation and optimisation
  • Help users discover the value of Paired, and build a habit of connecting with their partner through effective CRM communications
  • Evaluate and report on campaigns and flows, identifying new test hypotheses to improve performance
  • Work closely with colleagues from Brand Marketing, Content, Product and Design, to deliver product marketing campaigns and lifecycle communications
  • Deliver consistent and innovative customer experiences across our channels and locales

Requirements

  • Experience delivering CRM campaigns and customer journeys across email, in-app message and push for a subscription product
  • Proficient in accurately build user segments to reach users at the right time in the right channel
  • Skilled in identifying drivers of retention, engagement and customer revenue, and designing CRM experiments to increase these actions from users
  • Experience in product marketing and campaign planning — able to independently deliver CRM marketing campaigns
  • Ability to build, analyse and optimise campaigns and flows in marketing automation platforms (Braze, Emarsys, Iterable or similar)
  • Data-driven mindset, can report on campaign and flow performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proven experience designing, implementing and analysing multivariate tests to improve performance
  • Ability to use data and user research to understand user motivations and apply them to CRM activities
  • Strong copywriting skills and creative judgement in English, to ensure CRM campaigns are effective and on-brand
  • A valid UK or European working permit or passport (no sponsorship requirements)

Hiring Process

  • Application review
  • Initial Call with Martin (our recruiter)
  • Task Assignment – Complete a task at home, which you will present to Dom (Head of CRM) and Gessica (CMO)
  • Team Interviews – The final step involves interviews with different team members you would be working with on a day-to-day basis
