Role Description
We are looking for a CRM Manager with a focus on Lead Management to join our growing team at Branded Genius. This is a full-time remote position, where you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the lead generation funnel using GoHighLevel and other automation tools.
This position is offered as a permanent employment contract. No project-based work or outsourcing is involved. We are looking for a dedicated team member who will work exclusively for Branded Genius. Agencies or third-party providers are excluded.
In this role, you will create data-driven campaigns, implement CRM strategies, and ensure seamless movement of leads through the sales funnel. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to Branded Genius’s growth through innovative AI-powered solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & CRM Development
- Build, manage, and optimize sales funnels for lead generation and conversion using GoHighLevel (proficiency is mandatory).
- Strategically develop and implement CRM workflows to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
- Automate processes using tools like Zapier and integrate chatbots to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including nurturing sequences to boost lead conversion.
- Define and monitor key touchpoints along the customer journey to improve customer experience.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Create and execute data-driven campaigns focused on lead acquisition and customer retention.
- Optimize campaigns based on insights from analytics to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Set up and manage campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze CRM and campaign performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Use GoHighLevel to track and report on campaign results.
Cold Email Outreach & Automation
- Experience in cold email outreach (a plus if experienced with tools like Smartleads AI, Clodura, or UseArtemis for automating messages, chatbots, or conversations).
QualificationsEducation & Experience
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in CRM, performance marketing, or lead management (mid to senior level).
- Proven experience in building and managing sales funnels and CRM workflows.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in GoHighLevel is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Zapier and chatbot integration.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Experience in email marketing, including automation and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing strategies and tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation tools).
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Working Conditions
- Salary: $450 per month (fixed salary).
- This salary is fixed as we are a start-up company.
- There are no additional bonuses or variable components.
- Working Hours:
- 9 hours per day, from Monday to Saturday.
- These hours are mandatory and must be adhered to daily.
- Contract:
- Permanent employment contract.
- No project-based work or outsourcing.
- Location:
- Fully remote.
