Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy across essential channels, including email, SMS, and loyalty programs, to ensure cohesive, data-driven campaigns that enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Optimize campaign performance through advanced segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage and test behavioral marketing automation to identify and improve conversion opportunities.
- Analyze customer behavior and trends from multiple platforms, extracting actionable insights to enhance customer lifetime value and marketing effectiveness.
- Utilize subscriber data to identify high-value customer segments, creating targeted marketing strategies to elevate revenue and decrease churn.
- Collaborate with the Paid Media team to develop innovative strategies that drive loyalty and re-engagement.
- Provide ongoing performance analysis through regular reporting, pinpointing areas for optimization and enhancing campaign outcomes.
- Work alongside the Email Marketing Specialist to manage the marketing calendar and strategies.
- Engage in customer feedback activities, integrating insights into future marketing efforts.
- Mentor and guide the Email Marketing Specialist, fostering a collaborative and high-performing marketing function.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in retention marketing and CRM strategies.
- Strong analytical capabilities, adept at data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Attentive, and Shopify.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to task execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of direct experience managing CRM strategies and lifecycle marketing.
- A minimum of 2 years in a team leadership role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools; experience with Looker and GA4 is advantageous.
