About the Role – Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of gamification features like rewards, challenges, and progression systems to captivate players and foster long-term loyalty. Drive monetization initiatives that balance player satisfaction with increased revenue and retention. Establish a robust framework for A/B testing to evaluate the impact of new features and strategies on player engagement. Develop and monitor KPIs that track the success of gamification and monetization projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Oversee the CRM analytics team, delivering actionable insights into customer behaviour, segmentation, and campaign performance. Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to create targeted, data-driven campaigns that build deeper customer relationships and enhance loyalty. Ensure all campaigns are measured for their effectiveness and optimized for maximum impact.

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years in data analytics, with at least 3 years in gamification analysis within the online casino industry.
• Strong experience in CRM and gamification analytics, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies and innovative gamification initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., Python, R) and their application in real-world business challenges.
• Deep understanding of online casino business models, player behaviour, and key industry metrics.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
