We have an exciting opportunity for a talented CRM Specialist to join our group of leading Australian men’s and womenswear retailers. About The Role:
- Manage the CRM strategy with a focus on improving customer experience, engagement and retention.Â
- Devise, plan & execute a customer communication strategy that improves key metrics and supports the overall brand strategy.Â
- Manage customer segmentation maintaining the health of the database.
- Plan and deliver CRM testing strategy.Â
- Support the automated flows & lifecycle marketing activities to deepen customer engagement and drive growth in key customer metrics.Â
- Deep dive into the data – analyse the database and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and evolve strategies that will maximise commercial opportunities.Â
- Support and drive customer acquisition strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders.Â
- Weekly & monthly customer reporting translating data into key insights & optimisations.Â
- Become the Emarsys CRM platform superuser.Â
Â
About You:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar commercially focused CRM role ideally in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of CRM omni-channel retention marketing strategy including push, email, paid and other organic channels.
- Proven experience developing and delivering CRM campaigns with tangible commercial outcomes including end to end A/B testing strategy.
- Strong reporting & analytical skills with the ability to take data and translate into customer trends to communicate clearly and effectively to different audiences.Â
- Be able to think commercially to optimise campaigns to improve the customer experience and hit relevant KPIs. Â
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, enjoy working collaboratively and seeks to engage the inner and wider teams.
