The Opportunity:
First Page requires a Remote CRO Specialist experienced in Conversion Rate Optimisation who wants to work with big brands and a kick-ass team. What you’ll be doing:
As our Remote CRO Specialist you will work closely with our marketing & account servicing teams to implement innovative CRO strategies. Never a dull moment!
• Conversion & UX strategy – from data-driven ideation, execution, reporting, and analysis.
• Exceptional project management – from planning to delivery and continued growth
• Building strong relationships; establishing clear lines of communication with clients and internal team members; and using problem-solving capabilities to assure flawless program execution to meet and exceed stated objectives.
• Demonstrating a passion for continuous learning, iterating, and improving; a sound understanding of the digital marketing landscape; a zest for UX design and research, and an entrepreneurial spirit to improve processes– from planning to strategy to delivery.
• Successful collaboration with internal resources (including design, analytics, and cross-channel teams), ensuring team members, and both internal and external clients are satisfied
• Provide ongoing recommendations to help clients deliver on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous website A/B testing and user experience improvements.
• Create and execute deliverables that shape the ideal experiences for users. This includes items such as website audits, web analytics reviews, user journeys analysis, heuristic reviews, wireframes, information architecture reviews, task flows, user scenarios, and persona development.
• Help drive the success of client engagements, as the subject matter expert on a number of conversion optimisation & UX engagements. Understand the entire process: from KPI definition to execution to insight discovery.
• As part of a specialised CRO team, assume accountability and ownership of program successes and failures for several client accounts
• Conduct UX research through both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Apply knowledge of web analytics, user segments, and audiences as they relate to the optimisation process
• Be able to translate and communicate testing results and data-driven recommendations into an effective message, continually creating insights and value for clients.
• Perform best practices for departmental procedures that facilitate workflow, and intra- and inter-departmental communication; contribute to the development and improvement of processes that support the alignment of quality, scalability, and capacity of the team.
What we need:
• Someone who values quality; you care about craftsmanship and take pride in their work.
• Minimum 2 years of conversion rate optimisation experience with UX strategy, cross channel collaboration, data analytics, heatmap & user data analysis and website A/B testing experience
• Experience with the following platforms will be preferred:
– Web Analytics platforms – Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Clarity
– Heatmap/ user data platforms – Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity
– A/B Testing Platforms – e.g. VWO, Adobe Target
• Experience with usability testing & user interviews will be a plus point
• A passion for learning and enhancing your existing skills.
• Speed and able to hit deadlines that you set for yourself.
