Role Description:

Here’s an overview of what you will do as an Acquisition Marketing Manager:

·       Develop and execute comprehensive customer acquisition strategies to increase customer base

·       Analyze market trends and customer data to identify new growth opportunities through all the funnels.

·       Collaborate with marketing and sales team to align campaigns and initiatives for new acquisitions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive customer acquisition strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals, using multi-channel approaches such as Google, Social media, WhatsApp, TikTok, Android and IOS APP marketing.
  • Sound knowledge of CRO, Creating unique landing pages,
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at driving new customer sign-ups and managing budgets, timelines and resources to ensure campaign effectiveness
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of acquisition campaigns, using advanced analytics to adjust strategies in real time
  • Perform in-depth market research to understand market shifts, competitor strategies and customer behavior to refine acquisition tactics
  • Coordinate with other teams (marketing, sales, product development, customer service) to ensure a unified approach to customer acquisition
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and effective delivery of services
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in marketing technologies and customer acquisition tactics, implementing innovative methods to increase efficiency of acquisition.
  • Develop and optimize lead generation strategies, including targeted lead nurturing programs to convert leads into customers
  • Manage customer acquisition budget, strategically allocating spend across various channels to maximize impact
  • Mentor and train junior marketing staff on effective marketing strategies, campaign management and best practices in customer acquisition
  • Ensure that all marketing efforts reflect the brand’s values and message consistently, maintaining brand integrity across all channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Digital Marketing or Business Administration
  • Proven experience in customer acquisition or digital marketing, preferably in a B2C industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to monitor performance and make improvements
  • Excellent project management skills; capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing platforms and techniques.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources efficiently, with a keen understanding of cost-management strategies
  • Have knowledge and hands on experience in app marketing.
