About the role
As part of our Contact Centre team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. Expect a fast-paced day filled with a variety of enquiries – from helping customers manage their accounts, to resolving issues, and answering questions about our products and services. High call volumes can be expected, but with support from your teammates and our strong team culture, you’ll always have the guidance you need to excel in the role. This role is office based with no possibility of working from home.
About you
While previous banking experience isn’t required, you’ll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you’ll handle customer enquiries over the phone. Maturity in managing conversations, staying calm under pressure, and applying a logical, problem-solving approach are essential skills.
