Role: Customer Care Consultant
Location: Brisbane – Hybrid (2 office days, 3 days WFH)
Office location: 69 Ann Street, between Roma St and Central station – approx 10 mins walk
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8 am – 6 pm roster)
Pay: $58,823 + super
Start Date: December 9th
Eligibility: Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents only
Training: 8-12 weeks of paid training

What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries-answering calls, resolving issues, and helping them with their accounts
- Help customers unlock benefits, introducing them to additional products and options
- Provide solutions on the spot, whenever possible, to improve customer experience
- Support and guide customers with basic tax-related questions (no worries-we’ll train you!)
- Keep things smooth by making sure data is accurate and updated
About You:
- You’ve had experience in retail or hospitality and love giving great customer service!
- You’re friendly, patient, and great at multitasking
- You’re a quick learner, tech-savvy, and ready to dive into a new challenge
- You can explain things simply and clearly over the phone
- You’re interested in learning about finance and helping others manage their money
