Frame Arts is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses to ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role will primarily involve communicating with customers via WhatsApp and Instagram to assist them with their inquiries, provide product information, and facilitate the purchase process.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and assistance with placing orders.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback in a courteous and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp and Instagram for business purposes.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred but not required.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
