Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to manage key tasks such as NDR management, abandoned cart recovery, and providing excellent customer service via WhatsApp and email. This is a work-from-home role requiring a motivated individual who can handle customer interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- NDR (Non-Delivery Report) Management: Proactively resolve issues related to non-delivery by contacting customers and ensuring successful order fulfillment.
- Abandoned Cart Recovery: Call customers who have abandoned carts and encourage them to complete their purchase. This task includes providing personalized assistance and addressing customer concerns that may have led to cart abandonment.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer queries and concerns via WhatsApp and email in a timely, professional manner. Provide information on product availability, order status, and return policies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, including calls made, issues resolved, and feedback collected.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on the number of resolved NDR cases and recovered abandoned carts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and handling customer queries over WhatsApp and email.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools or call tracking software.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary and Incentives:
- Base Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
Working Hours:
- Full-time, flexible hours. However, availability during key business hours is required to manage customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups.
