The role will:

Customer Engagement In Ndis Plan Management | Capital Guardians | Australia

Join a high-growth technology company in the aged care and disability industry. Capital Guardians is a leading provider of NDIS plan management services, along with being Australia’s largest processor of NDIS and aged care payments.

The role will:

proactively service customers around managing their NDIS Plan payments;
supporting customers with allowable expenditures and reimbursements;
network locally with Support Coordinators and build the business through relationships; and
support service providers to get paid quickly.

The position is work from home, based in Canberra.

The candidate:

has exceptional communication skills – you will have direct contact and will need to liaise with customers and their service providers;
will respond to telephone calls in a very timely manner;
has empathy for our customers; and
has initiative, as shown by constantly challenging manual processes to automate and minimising the need for customer calls.
