The Customer Experience Consultant (CEC) is the first point of contact and a welcoming voice for our customers in our call centre. Based in Penrith, the CEC forms an integral part of the Customer Service Team, communicating with customers daily in order to provide a game changing service. This role is a key support to our Employment Partners and the wider team, contributing meaningfully to the ultimate goal of placing our customers into sustainable employment.Â
Please note this position is a hybrid role with 3 days work from the office and 2 days work from home.
About you:
- Proven experience of working within a Customer Centric environment
- Demonstrated qualities of empathy, integrity and compassion
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Able to work on a rotating roster, occasionally servicing states across WA, SA and NSW.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail in a high pressured environment
- Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on a rotating roster between 6am and 8pm
- Results driven, consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances
- Action oriented, taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
- Customer focused, building strong Stakeholder relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Able to manage conflict

- Full Australian working rights, ability to satisfy national police check, and Working with Children Check requirements
