About the Role:
As a Customer Growth Manager for UK & Europe at SIS Betting & Gaming, you’ll be at the forefront of developing existing business with both domestic and international betting and gaming companies. Your mission? To grow revenue, build solid relationships, negotiate deals and drive growth within your specific portfolio of accounts.
What You’ll Do:
- Territory Management: Own and develop your designated geographical territory within Europe, build solid relationships with key customers and understand the market dynamics.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue from existing accounts and identify growth potential.
- Customer Management Process: Manage the end-to-end process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery to the customer, cross-department alignment and execution.
- Customer Portfolio: Lead and manage all aspects of your customer portfolio, providing excellent communication both internally and externally. Have a clear plan for each customer.
- Collaboration: Foster positive internal relationships and encourage cross department collaboration. Be a positive asset to the wider team.
- Performance Analysis: Review and analyse customer performance, driving actions for improvement and working closely with commercial finance and product teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Pro: A highly motivated and positive sales professional with a proven track record in sales and account management. Must demonstrate the ability to build solid relationships.
- Industry Savvy: Strong understanding of the betting and gaming industry, with a robust network of contacts.
- Client Champion: Exceptional client-relationship skills, able to educate and persuade clients about the benefits of SIS products.
- Team Player: Positive, dynamic personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Commercial Mindset: Strong commercial skills and the ability to be persuasive both internally and externally.
- Adaptable: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a flexible can-do attitude.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software like Salesforce.
- Travel Ready: Flexible and able to travel across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
