Job Overview

We are in search of an accomplished and results-oriented Customer Marketing Manager to become an integral part of our Internal Marketing team. This pivotal position is designed to enhance customer growth, satisfaction, and loyalty through the improvement of the overall customer experience. You will engage collaboratively with various internal teams, including Marketing and Operations, to advance both new and existing business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Operations team to stimulate customer growth and revenue generation.
  • Work in unison with internal teams and customers to create impactful case studies that showcase successful outcomes.
  • Spearhead initiatives aimed at soliciting customer reviews across relevant platforms.
  • Organize and manage customer meetups and events to foster engagement.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to design and implement a comprehensive customer engagement playbook.
  • Assist the Operations and Portfolio Growth teams in delivering resources to enhance Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Cultivate a profound understanding of client positioning and their distinct value propositions.
  • Maintain personal productivity and utilization metrics to contribute positively to team success.
  • Collaborate with Service Directors to ensure that growth objectives are consistently met.
  • Develop programs to re-engage customers who have transitioned to other service providers.
  • Enhance and expand existing referral programs.
  • Oversee marketing communication strategies to keep customers informed and engaged with our product and service offerings.
  • Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure the CRM system remains accurate and supports growth objectives.
  • Promote awareness of all available products and services among current customers to drive expansion opportunities.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS environments.
  • At least 2 years in a customer marketing capacity.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of B2B marketing, particularly in paid advertising strategies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • A collaborative spirit with a robust execution drive.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both within teams and in client interactions.
  • Proven track record in achieving customer growth metrics, underpinned by a data-driven approach.
  • Innovative mindset with fresh ideas on delivering value in SaaS.
  • A blend of competitive spirit and curiosity; an adept problem-solver passionate about innovation.
  • Commitment to remaining at the forefront of industry advancements and sharing insights on new growth opportunities.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements and events approximately 5 times a year as needed.
