This remote position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to drive customer engagement, boost revenue, and ensure successful business outcomes. Your contributions will significantly influence the success of both new and established business endeavors by developing effective marketing strategies and cultivating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Operations team to facilitate customer growth and optimize revenue.
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to develop case studies that showcase successful initiatives.
  • Spearhead initiatives aimed at encouraging customer reviews across relevant platforms.
  • Organize engaging customer meetups and events to strengthen client relationships.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive customer engagement playbook in alignment with the marketing team.
  • Work alongside the Operations and Portfolio Growth teams to provide resources that enhance Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Gain a thorough understanding of client positioning and their distinct value propositions.
  • Maintain personal productivity and utilization to achieve team objectives.
  • Collaborate with Service Directors to meet their growth targets.
  • Develop programs designed to re-engage customers who have transitioned to alternative service providers.
  • Support and expand existing referral initiatives.
  • Oversee the marketing communication strategy with current customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure the accuracy of the CRM system, promoting growth.
  • Keep current customers informed about new product offerings to foster expansion.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS environments.
  • At least 2 years dedicated to a customer marketing role.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of B2B marketing, especially in paid advertising strategies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Proficient in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Exceptional collaboration abilities with a proven track record of successful execution.
  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging both internal teams and external clients.
  • Proven success in driving customer growth metrics.
  • A fresh and innovative perspective on generating value within SaaS marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Passionate about keeping up with industry trends and a commitment to continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to travel for client engagements and events approximately 5 times a year (or as required).
