Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and execution of a strategic Enterprise Customer Marketing initiative, incorporating research, planning, content production, implementation, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to enhance and streamline Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Craft targeted messaging and content tailored for specific audience personas and industry sectors.
- Initiate and oversee data-driven marketing efforts across multiple channels, including email, social media, and case studies, to amplify brand awareness and engagement.
- Implement tracking mechanisms, scrutinize campaign data, and fine-tune strategies to optimize effectiveness.
- Manage daily campaign operations, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Stay informed on industry trends, target demographics, and market shifts to maintain a competitive advantage.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or Customer Marketing, particularly within enterprise sales.
- Proven ability to execute successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-centric approach, capable of deriving insights and communicating them effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline (advanced degree is preferred).
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in ABM or Customer Marketing, specifically catering to enterprise-level clients.
- A documented history of driving measurable revenue growth through effective marketing strategies.
- In-depth understanding of talent acquisition or HR technology buyer behavior is an advantage.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive salary range: (162,500-)210,000 per year, dependent on location, experience, and qualifications.
