Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing customized project plans utilizing Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Managing comprehensive project management activities, facilitating clear communication regarding project progress and updates to internal teams and clients.
• Monitoring project advancement and ensuring high-quality outputs that align with customer expectations.
• Offering valuable insights and recommendations throughout the planning and execution of projects.
• Identifying potential risks and challenges early in the project lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams to devise effective resolution strategies.

Required Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or a similar qualification.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks.
• A problem-solving attitude with the flexibility to adapt to changing project demands.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements and meetings.
