About The Role

Key Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will lead and execute multifaceted projects, ensuring that customer objectives are not only met but exceeded. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing customized project plans utilizing Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Managing comprehensive project management activities, facilitating clear communication regarding project progress and updates to internal teams and clients.
- Monitoring project advancement and ensuring high-quality outputs that align with customer expectations.
- Offering valuable insights and recommendations throughout the planning and execution of projects.
- Identifying potential risks and challenges early in the project lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams to devise effective resolution strategies.
Required Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- 3-5 years of project management experience.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or a similar qualification.
- Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively prioritizing tasks.
- A problem-solving attitude with the flexibility to adapt to changing project demands.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements and meetings.
