Position Overview:

The Customer Relations Management Specialist equips sales and business teams with data-driven insights, product and brand information, analytical tools, and strategies to drive revenue growth. This role combines data analytics expertise with customer service, social media engagement, and on-site training, ensuring the sales team builds meaningful relationships and delivers exceptional value throughout the customer journey.

This specialist coordinates between sales, marketing, and partner distribution teams to ensure a unified, customer-first approach aligned with T2EARTH®’s broader business strategy. By integrating data-driven decision-making with direct customer interaction, the role fosters a high-performance sales culture, enhances the customer experience, and supports long-term relationship building and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Insights: Monitor and interpret sales data, customer feedback, and market trends.

Content Development: Create and manage sales materials, including presentations, case studies, and product sheets.

Training Programs: Develop training programs for new hires and ongoing team education.

Sales Enablement: Implement tools and resources to empower sales teams and partners.

CRM Management: Optimize and utilize CRM systems.

Sales Forecasting: Support sales forecasts and resource allocation.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, data, and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in either business, marketing, sales, engineering, mathematics and statistics, data science or related fields

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management, and/or related marketing and sales execution fields and/or data analytics and project management, preferably with a business that includes B-to-B experience

Skills:

Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI and continuously improve processes.

Data-Driven Evaluation: Analyze data to assess the impact of sales enablement tools and training.

Innovation & Adaptability: Stay current with industry trends, implementing new strategies as needed.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects to maximize ROI, meeting deadlines and anticipating challenges.

Exceptional Communication: Facilitate meetings, coordinate initiatives, and resolve conflicts.
