Simple is a leading national software provider of food safety management and consumer meal ordering solutions for the aged care and hospital sectors. We are currently seeking a dedicated team member to join our Customer Relationship Team, responsible for onsite implementation of our software solutions and providing comprehensive pre- and post-implementation client support.
About the Role:
- This is a highly autonomous role where you will ensure successful onsite implementation of Simple Software and maintain high client satisfaction post-implementation.
- You will report directly to the National Implementation Manager.
- The position requires regular state and interstate travel.
- Responsibilities include pre-configuration of software settings to prepare for onsite implementation at the client’s premises.
- You will facilitate the onsite software implementation, including face-to-face training with small groups and one-on-one training.
- Provide post-implementation support through email, text, or phone, offer remote training via Teams, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Submit post-implementation documentation to Simple’s Head Office.

- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with basic tech tasks, such as email, Microsoft Word, PDFs, Excel, and connecting devices to Wi-Fi.
- Customer-Focused: Commitment to exceeding customer expectations, with accountability for follow-through.
- Willingness to Learn: Eager to develop new technical skills related to software.
Experience and Training
- Extensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.
- Simple provides our services to the food service industry, specifically aged care and hospitals. Previous experience in food service would be highly regarded, however is not mandatory.
Conditions of Employment:
- Must hold a current driver’s license.
- Must have the right to work in Australia.
- A satisfactory police check is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
