What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Achieve sales goals through effective management and coaching of a team of approximately fifteen sales associates
- Conduct performance reviews, quality audits, and provide feedback to enhance sales techniques and productivity
- Manage service levels and sales inventory to meet corporate standards
- Facilitate weekly management meetings and promote a collaborative work environment
- Utilize data to drive business performance and identify market needs
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Previous leadership experience within a contact center
- Ability to work non-traditional hours based on business needs
- Proficiency in computer software, including Excel and Word
- Experience in establishing procedures for client satisfaction in a high-volume call center
- Must acquire and maintain active Wisconsin Property Casualty license through continuing education credits
