What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Achieve sales goals through effective management and coaching of a team of approximately fifteen sales associates
• Conduct performance reviews, quality audits, and provide feedback to enhance sales techniques and productivity
• Manage service levels and sales inventory to meet corporate standards
• Facilitate weekly management meetings and promote a collaborative work environment
• Utilize data to drive business performance and identify market needs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Previous leadership experience within a contact center
• Ability to work non-traditional hours based on business needs
• Proficiency in computer software, including Excel and Word
• Experience in establishing procedures for client satisfaction in a high-volume call center
• Must acquire and maintain active Wisconsin Property Casualty license through continuing education credits
