What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver customer-focused service solutions
• Implement process improvements and maintain high service levels for customers
• Provide coaching and support to direct reports in transaction processing and consumer experience standards
• Partner in staffing selection and assist in resolving complex customer issues
• Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Demonstrated experience in providing customer-driven solutions
• Proven ability to resolve issues via phone, email, and chat
• Experience in coaching team members and leading projects
• Completion of the AD Banker On-Line Pre-Licensing Course prior to start date if unlicensed
• Resident state licensing for property and casualty producer licenses within 30 days of hire
