Customer Service Associate | Chess Gaja | India Job Description for Customer Service Associate – This is a hybrid role, so we are looking for candidates living in Madurai This is an entry level role for freshers with no experience/previous internship experience This is a generalist role where you will be regularly interacting and coordinating with leads and customers. What we are looking for : – Energetic Candidates with big ideas and dreams! – Hunger to Learn new things and technologies! – Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads – Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities – Keeping up with product and service information and updates – Creating and maintaining CRM database of current and potential customers – Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services – Researching and qualifying new leads – Closing sales and achieving sales targets You Have : – Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask – Excellent phone and cold calling skills – Exceptional customer service skills – Strong listening and sales skills – Ability to achieve targets We can train you on all the technical requirements, so don’t worry if you have the energy and passion to learn and grow! Role Details Work Location – Hybrid Working Hours – 6 work days in a week Work Starting time – 2PM to 11PM Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday is weekly day off) Mandatory Language Fluency – English The role has a 3 month probation period at the start before you become full time and during probation you will be in our regular timing shift Job Type – Full Time Salary Range – INR 16,000 to 18,000 (Our compensation structure will have a yearly retention bonus variable included in it) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹16,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Schedule: Application Question(s): Education: Work Location: Remote Expected Start Date: 01/12/2024
