The Role
Are you seeking a rewarding opportunity in the corporate world? As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the voice of the company, handling a variety of customer inquiries and providing top-notch service.With a strong emphasis on top-notch customer service and providing a comprehensive expertise-driven experience to their customers, this role requires individuals with a proven track record in the financial services sector and previous call centre experience.
Seeking a candidate with customer service experience within banking! If you have experience in lending and specifically asset finance, this is a plus.
The Duties
- Managing inbound and outbound calls
- Conducting welcome calls for new customers
- Handling complaints
- Responding to verbal and written requests (e.g., account inquiries, payout letters, loan statements, direct debit updates)
- Updating customer records and assisting in other operational areas as directed by the Manager

About You
- Prior experience in customer service, demonstrating the ability to handle high call volumes effectively.
- A background in the banking space, a plus if you have asset finance or lending experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Switched-on and proactive, with great attention to detail.
- An aptitude for understanding complex concepts and absorbing information quickly.
