About the role
Our Customer Care team assists our most vulnerable customers who are experiencing financial and personal hardship. You will be providing the customers with empathy and compassion and support during a difficult time in their lives and looking to set them up on flexible payment options and additional assistance through inbound phone calls. Our team works hard to ensure we remain compliant in the way that we operate.
You will be guided through an in-depth training program, as well as ongoing support post training. This role will be based full time in our Richmond office for the first 4-6 weeks during training and then will go to hybrid working 2 days per week in the office as well as the comfort of your own home.Â
This position will be working on a rotating roster Monday to Friday from the hours of 8.00am – 6.00pm.Â
You will need
- At least 12 months of recent customer service experience
- A willingness to self motivate, learn and continuously develop
- A strong customer focus as well as empathy.Â
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to self motivateÂ
