- Analyze for Growth: Monitor feedback and performance metrics to identify trends and implement strategies that elevate customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with fulfillment centers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and fulfill our promise of excellence.

- Has experience in customer service management or leadership roles (bonus points if you’ve worked in e-commerce and/or holistic health).
