The Position:
Are you passionate about making a difference? We’re on the hunt for a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Officer to become an expert in customer support. If you excel in communication and have a genuine passion for customer satisfaction, this could be your next opportunity.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders accurately through SAP.
- Provide updates on stock availability, pricing, delays, and estimated arrival times.
- Follow up with customers pre- and post-servicing.
- Respond to general product and delivery enquiries.
- Field enquiries regarding repairs and credits from existing clients.
- Produce daily sales order reports and other reports as requested by management.
- Liaise with freight companies.
- Follow up on pending emails and enquiries.
- Check stock availability.
The Candidate:
- Familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and particularly SAP will be highly regarded.Â
- Ability to meet deadlines and juggle priorities with ease.
- Precision and accuracy are your trademarks.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit are essential.
- Strong product-based customer service experience within an office environment is highly desirable.
