About the role
Joining our small but close-knit customer service team in Dandenong South, you will be responsible for the following:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders through various channels such as telephone, electronic communication, or face-to-face interactions.
- Promptly reply to any inquiries from customers.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests, as well as effectively handle inquiries related to products.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in our ERP system.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders by blending professionalism with a personable approach!
- Not a call-centre environment.

About you
You are a customer-centric individual who is driven to exceed customer expectations and provide great customer service. You are a solution-focused team player who also possesses the following:
- You have worked in a similar role within FMCG or Supply Chain environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- You’re energised, proactive, positive, and customer centric.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, with B2B experience being beneficial.
- Experience using ERP Microsoft D365 or Aspect or similar systems.
