About the role

Joining our small but close-knit customer service team in Wetherill Park, you will be responsible for the following:

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders through various channels such as telephone, electronic communication, or face-to-face interactions.
• Promptly reply to any inquiries from customers.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests, as well as effectively handle inquiries related to products.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in our ERP system.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders by blending professionalism with a personable approach!
• Not a call-centre environment.

About you

You are a customer-centric individual who is driven to exceed customer expectations and provide great customer service. You are a solution-focused team player who also possesses the following:

• You have worked in a similar role within FMCG or Supply Chain environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You’re energised, proactive, positive, and customer centric.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, with B2B experience being beneficial.
• Experience using ERP Microsoft D365 or Aspect or similar systems.
