• You love establishing relationships and will not hesitate to pick up the phone to determine what is important to your nurse customers. You will thrive on marketing yourself as a strong customer advocate and will ensure you understand what we need to deliver to have a happy customer and a future loyal Affinity nurse
• In managing your portfolio of nurses you will need to market the facilities and locations we support, and ensure each of your nurses understand what differentiates Affinity from our competitors
• You will be happy to pivot many times a day as hospital needs become known – external competition drives you to excel. You love working at a fast pace and will move quickly to ensure the team submits your nurse to a role that you know will deliver their goals and priorities. 
• You appreciate the importance of teamwork and collaboration and will not hesitate to reach out to our internal subject matter experts so you know what nurses are in demand. Outstanding customer service to these much-needed nurses will be your focus and you will thrive on contributing to our pipeline of nurses for our hospital clients
• This is a very competitive industry and nurses are likely to be considering working with more than one company for the same contract period. You need to be comfortable gaining an understanding of how your nurse customers will approach this, and how they will manage receiving multiple contact opportunities
