About the role:
As a Customer Service Operator in our Credit Control Team, every day will be different – from actioning reports, responding to emails, and taking phone calls, to assisting customers with repayment plans and providing support to those in financial hardship. You’ll work closely with our customers, offering real solutions, while playing a key role in shaping and improving our collections processes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Report Actioning: Stay on top of daily reports linked to customer accounts, payments, and collections.
- Customer Communication: Be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, handling inbound and outbound calls like a pro. You’ll also respond to customer emails promptly, providing solutions and support.
- Repayment Plans: Help customers create repayment plans that fit their financial situation, offering flexible options where possible.
- Financial Hardship Assistance: Support customers experiencing tough times with empathy and guidance, helping them find their way through challenging financial situations.
- Follow-Up on Payment Variations: Check in with customers regularly to ensure they’re sticking to their agreed plans and offer any necessary support.
