  • Contract to Hire position
  • Opportunity to be Remote after 90 days
  • Demonstrating your ability to proactively address customer requests and explain terms and condition you will quickly become a top performing member of our team with opportunities to become a CSR II or CSR III.

A Day in the Role:

  • Taking new applications and processing payments via phone.
  • Documenting customer concerns, issues, and inquiries.
  • Updating and changing account holder information.
  • Basic data entry.
  • Follow up mail & email correspondence.
  • Perform account maintenance, including account changes, adjustments, and statement requests.
  • Accurately explains the terms/conditions and policies/procedures relating to the account
  • Prepares reports including CSR Daily Activity report and cash out report.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year consecutive Customer Service Experience
    • Call Center experience is not required, but is a plus!
  • 1+ year working with a computer system
    • Proficient data entry skills required.
  • Positive demeanor and Customer Service Skills
  • Strong attendance history and reliable transportation
  • HS Diploma or GED

Work Environment

  • Call Center Environment
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift.
  •  Dress: Business Casual (Jeans are OK! No leggings or sweatpants)
