DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of office administration experience
  • Experience using field service management systems such as Fieldpulse or Service Titan (preferred)
  • Customer-facing experience (preferred)
  • Experience creating invoices/sales receipts (preferred)
  • Must reside within 100km of Sarnia-Lambton


WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – CSR?

Your day as a remote Customer Service Representative – CSR starts with a cheerful tone as you log in and prepare to make every customer interaction positive. You begin by booking and scheduling service calls using a prepared script that keeps things clear and organized. You stay on top of emails and online inquiries throughout the day, responding quickly and professionally. When a delay or rescheduling is needed, you promptly notify customers, reassuring them. Between calls, you create and send invoices or sales receipts, ensuring everything runs smoothly. With every conversation, you focus on leaving customers with a smile, creating a happy experience that sets the tone for the company’s outstanding service.

This CSR role typically works from home 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
