About the role:
As a customer service representative at Probe CX, you will initially handle entry-level calls, but as you gain experience and demonstrate your abilities, you will progress to more complex call types and back-of-house tasks. This role will provide you with a rewarding and ever-evolving work experience, allowing you to enhance your communication and problem-solving skills while engaging with a diverse group of customers.

Key Points:
- Permanent full time (38hrs p/wk) or part time (20-36hrs p/wk) roles (Please note part time hours are determined based on business needs, not candidate request)
- Hourly rate & incentives
- Monday – Friday rotating roster between the hours of 8am – 8pm (Weekend hours may be required as per client needs)
- Penalty rates for any weekend work completed and anytime after 7pm
- Comprehensive Full Time PAID training onsite with ongoing development opportunities
- Attractive hybrid/work from home options available once you’ve settled into your new role (More info available at interview)
- Please note – this is a Hybrid role and requires an element of regular on-site attendance.
Kindly take note that, this is an Australian based role and considering the requirements of our client, you must meet the following criteria to be eligible:
- Hold current Australian Citizenship,
- Be willing and eligible to obtain a security clearance to the level applicable (this is at no cost to you), and
- Have lived in Australia for the last 5 consecutive years (a 5-year footprint),
