vending and e-commerce of health supplements, commercial real estate, and the manufacturing of CleanX wipes for effectively sanitizing gym equipment.
Job Overview
The position will play a crucial role in mastering customer service via phone calls to assist the clients with their perspective inquiries, memberships, and escalation of concerns.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer Service agents would handle all verbal communication for the company including any incoming or outgoing service calls to members involving account issues.
- This would include helping members with billing related inquiries, account cancellations and customer retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve any conflicts or issues that arise particularly related to billing inquiries.
- Creating detailed notes on our platforms for communication with other representatives.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in related roles such as Customer Service and Sales Representative from any industry.
- The candidate must be competent and proficient in using technology.
- Good verbal communication abilities are required.
- The candidate must have the ability to manage escalation over a phone call.
- The candidate must be willing and amenable to handle volume calls.
- The candidate must have own equipment and a reliable internet connection.
- Preferably female candidates and no age preference, but all genders and ages will be considered for the right candidate.
Advantageous:
- A candidate with background from the wellness and fitness industry is a plus.
- A candidate with an experience in Ring Central is an advantage.

10:00 AM to 7:00 AM, MST time (12:00 AM to 9:00 AM, PH time) Inclusive of 1-hour break
