Job Overview

The position will play a crucial role in mastering customer service via phone calls to assist the clients with their perspective inquiries, memberships, and escalation of concerns.

Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service agents would handle all verbal communication for the company including any incoming or outgoing service calls to members involving account issues.
This would include helping members with billing related inquiries, account cancellations and customer retention.
Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve any conflicts or issues that arise particularly related to billing inquiries.
Creating detailed notes on our platforms for communication with other representatives.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in related roles such as Customer Service and Sales Representative from any industry.
The candidate must be competent and proficient in using technology.
Good verbal communication abilities are required.
The candidate must have the ability to manage escalation over a phone call.
The candidate must be willing and amenable to handle volume calls.
The candidate must have own equipment and a reliable internet connection.
Preferably female candidates and no age preference, but all genders and ages will be considered for the right candidate.
