What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role with conflict resolution responsibilities
• Experience in the automotive industry is a significant plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

• Familiarity with vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals in a customer service setting
• Experience working in a call center environment
