What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to educate customers on their warranties and address inquiries

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role with a focus on conflict resolution
• Experience in the automotive industry is a strong plus
• Familiarity with vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
