What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role with conflict resolution experience
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, including knowledge of vehicle repair procedures and pricing
