Job Description


About the role:

We are seeking a talented customer service representative to join our busy inbound contact centre. Working on the front line over the phone, you will be the voice of KinCare and responsible for ensuring each customer’s experience is of the highest quality. You’ll be required to direct calls and assist customers with their queries ranging from service times, general questions, and any other ad-hoc request that comes in.

Our office is based in Bella Vista but we also offer generous work-from-home options. This role is a 12 month fixed-term contract.

What else you can expect:

  • Full-time hours, 12 month contract
  • 1-weekend shift every 4-6 weeks.
  • Start times can include 8am-4:30pm and 1pm -9pm.
  • Work from home options.
  • Ongoing training & coaching to ensure you are meeting business and customer expectations.
  • A fun, supportive team.


About you:

You will be empathetic, and solutions-focused, with impeccable customer service skills. Due to the nature of this role, experience working in a call centre environment will be ideal, as will a team focused attitude. Additionally, you will be a fantastic communicator, with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines.

You’ll work well under pressure while also maintaining a calm demeanour. Call centre experience isn’t necessary but you’ll need exceptional computer skills & ideally experience using multiple programs.
