Responsibilities
- Process orders in SAP system
- Familiar with export business and all the relevant docs
- Prepare sales contracts and other documents necessary
- Arrange and follow up shipments/deliveries
- Follow up payment status and customer credit
- Experience with L/C, D/A, D/P and close contact with banks
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and sales team to solve complaints
- Implement the best practice of OTC process and continually improve the process
- Generate backlog orders and prepare sales forecast based on delivery schedule
- Build up trustful relationship with customers, internal customers, close communication with sales force, SCM, logistics.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree of international trading or business administration
- 5 years working experience in multi-national companies
- Excellent English in oral and writing
- Self-motivation under stressful circumstances
- Strong interpersonal skills and networking capabilities
- Good communication skills
- Result orientation and customer focus
- Sound knowledge of OTC process
- Familiar with SAP modules
- Good skills of MS Excel
