Responsibilities

• Process orders in SAP system
• Familiar with export business and all the relevant docs
• Prepare sales contracts and other documents necessary
• Arrange and follow up shipments/deliveries
• Follow up payment status and customer credit
• Experience with L/C, D/A, D/P and close contact with banks
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and sales team to solve complaints
• Implement the best practice of OTC process and continually improve the process
• Generate backlog orders and prepare sales forecast based on delivery schedule
• Build up trustful relationship with customers, internal customers, close communication with sales force, SCM, logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree of international trading or business administration
• 5 years working experience in multi-national companies
• Excellent English in oral and writing
• Self-motivation under stressful circumstances
• Strong interpersonal skills and networking capabilities
• Good communication skills
• Result orientation and customer focus
• Sound knowledge of OTC process
• Familiar with SAP modules
• Good skills of MS Excel
