What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Efficiently handle inbound calls from guarantors regarding their physician billing statements in a professional manner
• Meet or exceed established performance targets for productivity and quality
• Review account history to understand and address questions or complaints
• Document calls in the Practice Management System to ensure continuity in communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer service

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Graduate/GED required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare billing, health insurance, or equivalent operations environment
• Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily
• Strong judgment skills for escalating complex issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Technical School or 2 Years College/Associates Degree preferred
• Experience with Practice Management Systems
• Knowledge of healthcare billing practices and policies
• Ability to contribute to team meetings and suggest process improvements
• Familiarity with customer service best practices
