Job description
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for fostering a strong relationship between AKITU Inc. and its customers to include staff, clients, funders and referral sources. This is achieved by efficiently providing administrative support and coordinating company objectives with friendly, enthusiastic and professional service with all team members and clients.
You will be responsible for all aspects of client communication, including data entry, answering the phone, outbound calling, receiving faxes and emails, as well as writing documentation, providing training, and helping our client to successfully and efficiently on-board Akitu One.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls, greet customers and provide excellent customer service for all questions or concerns
- Become an expert in Akitu One to professionally and efficiently assist our clients
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings online using MS Teams/Zoom
- Conducting demos of the software to customers and answering any questions they may have in the meeting or later via phone or emails
- Produce training materials including writing documentation and recording training videos for all Akitu One features
- Reach out to potential customers and speak to them about the benefits of Akitu One
Qualifications & Core Competencies:
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- High degree of organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer knowledge and data skills
- Flexible, adapting to change, and a quick learner
- Personable, patient and professional
- Dental experience is an asset, but not required
Location: Remotely at comfort of your home
Permanent position, must be available immediately.
Schedule: 9:30am-6:30pm EST Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on call where needed
