We are looking for an experienced customer service professional to assist with customer experience. This is for a company who specialize in expert bankruptcy restructuring services tailored for businesses facing financial challenges.Â
Inbound Customer Service Representative
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming calls from prospective and existing clients. You will address inquiries about our services, provide accurate information, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Outbound Customer Service Representative (Lead Generation)
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will focus on initiating calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and generating qualified leads. You will also follow up on previous interactions to nurture relationships and support the sales process.
Responsibilities:
Inbound Customer Service Representative
- Handle incoming calls professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate and clear information about our services.
- Listen actively to understand client needs and concerns.
- Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism when addressing sensitive financial situations.
- Document all interactions in our Hubspot CRM system, ensuring accurate records.
Outbound Customer Service Representative (Lead Generation)
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
- Identify and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
- Maintain a persuasive and empathetic communication style to engage prospects effectively.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and previous interactions.
- Record call outcomes and relevant details in our Hubspot CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in customer service role
- For Outbound roles, experience in lead generation or telemarketing is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with a clear and professional tone.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and call management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging conversations tactfully.
- Familiarity with financial services or B2B industries is an advantage.
